Movie: Mean Girls

The plot about her being one of them is so familiar to  me, I have seen a movie before similar like this one. Also about a girl who wants to be cool, and being "famous" in school. I watched my movies list but can't find, now I suddenly remember: it was one of the Barbie movies: The Barbie Diaries. I really love the ending, the speech was so good and how she broke the plastic and shared it with everyone was so nice! I also love that handsome guy she has a crush on, so happy they can be together! When I first saw that boy it reminded me of Him Law, a TVB actor who resembles him. :P If I may rate, I will rate between 3 and 4 stars.

Movie: Charlies Angels

I love this movie, I will rate 4 stars out of 5. The actions like fighting scenes etc are so nice to watch, so cool to see these girls in action, women rules in here! The three angels look beautiful and I enjoy watching them in different appearances on different occasions. It's not boring at all, action comes after action I just love it! The songs they used are catchy, but the whole movie is very "Americanized". The three girls are professional yet playful, very cool! The plot is quite good, I first though the plot is so-so, but then when it's clear they want to kidnap Charlie and that Knox is the bad guy it is quite good! It's not a simple story with only random action scenes, it has indeed a story. I definitely will watch the second movie!

Movie: Dragon Hunters

When watching this movie, I feel I have watched this one before, but I can't remember, some scenes in it seems familiar to me, maybe it's a dejavu thing? This movie is okay, if I have to rate I will rate 2 stars out of 5. The music they played in it was kinda oriental what makes it nicer. But I don't regret watching this because it's at least an animation movie, as I'm collecting animation movies so it's not a problem.

Movie: Planet of the Apes

This movie was in my to watch list, finally I can watch this one. This movie is okay, not really that good, maybe this is not my type of movie. I have to say the idea is refreshing, I have not seen a movie before like this, a planet where apes are the boss. Also mysterious to see him traveling through time and then again amongst the apes.

Movie: Changeling

Today's second movie, this one is also a long movie, more than 2 hours. I rarely watch these long movies. Anyway I like this movie, I will rate 3 stars out of 5. The plot is interesting, Anglina did a good job portraying Christine who lost her son and keep finding her son. As this story is based on a true story this one you should watch! I didn't know that the police were like that in that period. I don't love the ending though, the ending is open, we still don't know if she will ever find her son back, the only thing we know is she has hope and she will continue with her life.

Movie: Fred Claus

I rate this series 3 stars out of 5, it's nice to watch but not my favorites. I love the plot though, I think it's quite good. Also true about that there are no bad kids, some of them are acting bad because of some background problem or anything. Love the happy ending at the end.

Movie: Tarzan and Jane

This is the sequel of the Tarzan movie and I don't really like this one. First the cartoons are made really "cheap" comparing to the first one. The second, its not really a story but retelling of different stories of Tarzan and Jane.

Movie: Tarzan

This movie is nice, rate it with 3 stars. I would rather like Tarzan go to England with Jane instead, but then it's not really a Tarzan movie anymore. As Tarzan has grown up as a savage, it's difficult for him to change. Quite smart having learned English that fast, as he is already a grown up and not a child, it would be difficult to learn an language, especially when you have never spoken a language before...  I definitely will watch the sequel of it called "Tarzan & Jane", I can't wait to see what will happen in there..

Movie: Mulan 2

Wow I just love this movie! I will rate it 4 stars out of 5! It caught my attention very much and this one is much better than the first one, at least I think I prefer this one. Although this one is not about saving China and having a war, but bringing the princesses to another country to come to a peach, something like that.

During this journey many things happened, Mushi is preventing Mulan and the general being together which is quite funny at first but then it annoys me. Also the three princesses love the other three warriors, who couldn't find a wife and I think they really match. It was so funny to see the tallest princess laughing and pulling funny faces and laughing like a pig with one of the warrior. So good to see they follow their hearts like Mulan did. At the point where the general fall down I really thought he was dead for a while, so glad they made him survive, I would never forgive Disney if they really did kill him. I just love happy endings..
At the end they live happily ever after, which I just love to see! The general looks quite good in the new clothes at the ending.

This movie you definitely should watch, I believe you will love it, after all this one is much more entertaining and funny to watch, it makes me laugh, the first one didn't, also the general was quite cold towards Mulan in the first movie.

Movie: Mulan

I like this movie, especially the ending was great, the fight between Mulan and the enemy. The touching part was when everybody bows to Mulan, because she saved China. If I may rate I rate this movie 3 stars out of 5. Towards the ending was good, in the beginning and middle part was okay, not really too good. Will watch the sequel too, then more love scenes between Mulan and the general <3 would love to see that!
Anyway, comparing to Kung Fu Panda this one is less Chinese..

Movie: Hannah Montana the Movie

This movie is okay, I first thought there were two different girls when I took a look at the poster. After watching I know it's the same person. I'm happy she could be together with that boy she loves and that she finally being honest to everyone and that people still accepted her!

Movie: Ocean's Eleven

The first time I saw this movie was when I was in high school and my English by then was not good at all, so now I rewatch this for the English. Now I better understand them. Anyway, I have to say Brad Pitt looks hot in here, especially this hair style, I really love him like that. I think Julia and George in here matches so much, so happy them to be together again!

Movie: The Spiderwick Chronicles

This movie is so exciting and good, I just love it. I really couldn't stop watching, one exciting scene after one.

The ending was so good, the best ending ever. How they defeated the troll was so awesome. The troll turned into a bird to catch the book and was being eaten by the pig in the tree who likes to eat birds that was so smart to do that! I also love the father met his daughter (now elderly) again and that the daughter turned back into a child. I'm wondering where they are going, back to the "safe place"? Well, I wouldn't like that, because there, it is quite isolated and quite boring to live I think.

Anyway, a very good movie, full with action and adventure and the length is reasonble, if this was in 3D then it would be ideal to watch! I will rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Movie: Troy

I do not really like this movie, not my type. But why I still watch? Because I'm a movie freak, so I try to watch many movies and this one I think I should watch with Orlando and Brad in it, two popular movie stars. It's all about killing, just like in the history during that time. Comparing this to Kill Bill I think this one is better, also more realistic when killing.

Achilles' death was quite tragic, you wouldn't expect it. But he deserved it, he had killed too many people. But before he died he could speak so many words and even kissed, that was not really realistic I think, he should acting like half breathing maybe that makes more sense.

Movie: The Nightmare Before Christmas

I recognized the writer of this movie Tim Burton. He has written Corpse Bride too, and the characters inside do resemble this movie's. The movie is okay, not really too interesting.

Movie: Strawberry Shortcake Berryfest Princess

This one is really for little children, anyway I watched it because it was on my wishlist. I prefer not to watch movies like this, because these I don't really like... because I'm too old for it. Animation movies on the other hand I still love to watch. Anyway I have to say this movie is nice for children, there is a lesson to be learned, that is you have to follow your heart and do what you think it's good to do. That is a good lesson, strawberry shortcake gave all fruit to the bird and that is a good thing to do.

Movie: Shark Tale

Oh my god! I really love this movie! I rate it 5 stars out of 5.

First there are so many stars starring in here which is quite rare, and my favorite actress Renee Zellweger is starring in it! Her voice is so sweet and cute I recognized it immediately. It is a good idea to let her voice Angie because that character is also cute and sweet, as for Angelina Jolie voicing Lola is excellent, her voice is sexy and suits this character.

Beside the famous celebrities the plot is very interesting and good. I was not bored while watching, I can't stop watching, even though I was doing something else, it caught my attention. The plot is really good, there is indeed a story and lessons to learn from. Also love Oscar has chosen for Angie and at last told the truth. Even though he lied he has ensured that they were save from the sharks.

The songs they use are nice (a.o. Christina, Car Wash and Justin Timberlake) and the movie is funny and hip, but the most important thing is that the story is written very well, really done a good job! I recommend everyone to watch this!

Movie: The Dog who saved Christmas

Nice family movie. I thought the dog who saved christmas is about saving santa clause christmas, something to do with santa claus but it is not. It is like Home Alone based on thieves who'd like to steal the home and this dog has to protect it from stealing. This dog really looks cute, I love it! It's a golden retriever type.

Movie: The Princess and the Frog

This movie is okay, not really what I have expected, but I'm happy to see they both turn back into humans, and I think they really match! If this was an animation movie instead, it would be nicer to watch.

Movie: Avatar

This is really a beautiful movie, very long though but quite good. I believe this one in 3D must be really good!
So finally Jake became one of them and can live happily with his girl. ^^ I rate this 4 of 5 stars.

Movie: Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas

This movie is okay, the first one is better I think. It's a retelling of the beauty and the beast.
They sing in here also a lot.

Movie: Lilo and Stitch

This movie is okay, a little bit strange though haha. Many action scenes in here, that is quite nice.

Movie: Merry Madagascar

I love this short movie! At the beginning displaying the logo of Dreamworks they used the soundtrack of Shrek, so I was shocked at that moment about downloading the wrong movie, for example Shrek Christmas movie. Because that one I already have seen before!

Movie: Home Alone

I like this movie, it's a good family movie, very funny. I rate it 4 stars out of 5.

The child is very smart, he can cope being home alone. Even the thieves weren't able to steal from the house at the first place because he faked humans in the house. What I think annoying is that the child sometimes yells with his mouth wide open, that is a useless action. Anyway there was a very funny scene in there, the one where one the thief checked the house and ran away because of explosion sounds haha that was so funny to see him hastily running away.

Also the thieves were only focusing on getting the child and were forgotten about stealing at all haha, that's so stupid haha! I'm looking forward for Home Alone 2!

Movie: The Nutty Professor

This movie is nice, I rate it 3 stars out of 5. When this was in 3D it would be even awesome! There are so many action scenes in it, the whole movie is action-based. That is not strange, because it's a scientific, laboratory movie, so anything could be possible. We can learn from this movie that we have to be ourselves to be successful.

Movie: Tangled

I like this movie! I have never heard of Rapunsel before, but now I get to know the story! :) One part with the water in the cage resembles a Titanic scene, also a man and a woman get stuck and the water is filling the place. The horse was quite annoying I think, but then it changes and I like it! There were some good action scenes which would be nice to watch in 3D.

Movie: Hercules

I watched this movie because I was in the mood to watch Disney cartoon movies. This one is nice, but I love Pocahontas more. Anyway, so happy to see that Hercules wins after all!

Movie: Pocahontas 2

Because the first movie was so good, I watch this one. This one is less good as the first one, also less romantic.
It's good to see the guys John Smith and John Rolfe were not fighting over Pocahontas. She finally has chosen for John Rolfe. I want her to choose John Smith instead, because they have met each other first and there love is really so good. But according to the history she married John Rolfe so we have to follow the facts.

Movie: Pocahontas

Wow, I love this movie so much! O my god! This one I rate 9 stars out of 10. The romantic story between Pocahontas and John Smith is so beautiful! It's not a simple love story, but also love that saves the war between the Indians and the white men. The ending was so touching, now I have to watch the sequel Pocahontas 2, because I love this movie so much. I'm wondering who she will marry, I read she will not marry John Smith but another John...

Movie: TinkerBell and the Great Fairy Rescue

This movie is my favorite TinkerBell movie out there. I'm glad to see even Vidia has turns into good, she is not annoying in here like she was in the previous movies. It was great to see how the fairies collaborate to save TinkerBell and then Vidia. When watching I thought the father is the "bad" one, but I'm happy they changed him later so that he changed up his mind for bringing Vidia to the museum. I love the ending very much, the father has more time spent with his daughter and they both are becoming friends with the fairies.

Movie: Doogal

This movie is nice, I love their adventure in here, but this one is really for little children. I watch because this is an animation movie and I'm collecting animation movies list.
The adventure in here is really great and exciting. I'm happy with the ending! But what I don't really understand is are they having only spring and summer now, now that the "winter" has been banned? Or they still have all the seasons. That's unclear to me.

Movie: Kung Fu Panda: Secrets of the Furious Five

I like this short movie, as it learns us that Kung Fu is not only about fighting like everybody's interpretation. I love how the five of them had changed, from bad to good, or from not patient to patient and from afraid to confidence etc.

Movie: The Incredible Hulk

I don't really like this movie, too much action scenes and well too violent haha. It doesn't make sense seeing them fighting... If I have to rate, I rate it 7.

Movie: The Legend of the Guardians

I don't really like this movie, but when it's in 3d I believe it will be a great adventure, as they are flying everywhere and fighting that must be exciting. I watched it without 3D.
I don't really like the story, maybe it's just me... If I may rate it, I will rate a 6 out of 10.

Movie: Night at the Museum 2

This movie is nice, I love it. I love how Ben Stiller is willing to sacrifice his company to keep them in the museum. Anyway what I don't really understand is at the ending they are alive in the day time, how come? I mean they can only come to live in the night, right? I think they should make another movie of this museum movie.

Movie: Mamma Mia!

This movie is quite nice, if I may rate it I will rate an 8 from the 10. I like the Abba songs in there, two I recognized as I know them, these are the songs Mamma Mia and Dancing Queen. This is a happy movie and they sing a lot of songs. What I think is weird is that the mother does not know who is the father of her daughter, why not do a DNA test?

Movie: The Devil Wears Prada

This movie is okay, not really that good. Maybe that is because I have watched Wars of in-Laws 2 from Hong Kong TVB station, that one resembles this one. So the concept of an "evil" fashion designer chief is familiar. It's good to see Andy made the right decision in the ending not to work with Miranda. Anne Hathaway is really beautiful, I have seen her in Ella Enchanted the first time.

Movie: Hairspray

This movie is so-so, not really good. I like their costumes though, especially the colorful dresses. It's the 60 times and I quite like movies based on the 60's. What I don't think is realistic, is that Link falls in love with Tracy, no offense to Tracy but I think he would fall in love with a girl who has much prettier, like tall and slim...
John Travolta has done a good job acting as a woman in here, if his eyes are not that narrow then he might look like a real woman. Anyway, this movie is okay, not really good to me, the plot is not really strong and this movie is not going to my favorite movies' list. If you like musical movies then you should not miss out this as they sing a lot in here, otherwise I wouldn't recommend to watch.

Movie: Ella Enchanted

I like this movie very much, if I may rate it I will give it 9 from the 10 stars.

This one is not like Cinderella a simple story with the evil ones the stepmother and the daughters. It has the elements of Cinderella but more than that. Some parts are quite emotional, it was so sad she had to kill the prince.. The biggest evil one out here is the uncle and the stepmother and the daughters are side characters. There are also very funny parts, like the fighting scenes where Ella and the prince fought as though they know martial arts. Also there was a scene where Ella was demanded to smile and that was quite funny with the big smile on her face which she couldn't stop. I love the happy ending, the prince and Ella really matches, both are beautiful. ^^ I'm so proud that they make Ella getting stronger than the spell and won't be obedient anymore, rather than lifting up the spell by the fairy.

Also love the songs they put into the movie, making it happy and musical like.

I would really recommend this to anyone, it's a really good fantasy, romance, adventure story.

Movie: Monster House

This movie is okay, it's too unrealistic to me, but I watched it because I like animation movies. I'm happy that the old man is now free, he turns into good after telling his story of his wife and the relation with the house. Sometimes life is that simple if you willing to talk about, willing to share.

Movie: Firebreather

This movie is quite nice, I like Duncan, he is charming and strong. I'm happy that only his body and his skin has turned into monster like, his face and hair is the same. He matches with Jenna, quite nice pair, they both are blonde haha. ^^ I really can't wait for the next movie, because I read at Wikipedia about that this one is volume 1.

Movie: The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

I really love this movie, it's so different from the movies I usually see. The female leading actress is so beautiful, especially her eyes. The story itself is good too, it's so funny to see that mice are actually controlling the earth and that they are testing human and not we testing them.
Also the different gadgets they shown are brilliant and interesting to see. I know it's based from a book, and that's why I love it. If I may rate this movie, I will rate it an 8.5.

Movie: Ice Age 3 Dawn of the Dinosaurs

This movie is really nice! Everybody should watch this! This one is even better than the first two ones.

In this one they are not moving to another place but instead had an adventure by saving Sid. Again many scenes of the squirrel, but this time much funnier because there is also a female squirrel which makes them a funny couple fighting over the acorn. They fall in love and at the end he lost his love and his acorn haha.

There are really lots of adventurous scenes, which makes it very good and entertaining. I love the newly born baby mammoth, so cute looking, especially its eyes, resembles the mother's. ^^ I really can't wait for the next movie, I believe they will film another. As for the poster, I think they should put Ellie the female mammoth into it, that makes the herd complete, but well, maybe they didn't because the original cast was only them.

Movie: Ice Age 2 The Meltdown

I love this movie more than the first one, it's also about escaping, but with the female mammoth character introduced it's more fun and more interesting. I love to see how the animals save each other and that the tiger won his fears for water what was really cool. What I think is a bit annoying is the unicorn appearing too much. I'm now looking forward for the third movie which I am going to watch.

Movie: The Ugly Truth

This movie is quite nice. I love how Mike Chadley taught Abby to get a date with Colin. That Colin guy is a doctor and very handsome not only handsome face but also a hot body... too unrealistic I think. He's too attractive. As for Mike he is not really that handsome but he is quite man and very good in talking.
I would have preferred Abby with Colin, but usually the main leading actors end up together.
Also Colin can't be that good, I mean he's too perfect to be true haha.

Movie: Scooby-Doo! The Curse of the Lake Monster

I love this movie so much! This one is even better than the previous one. The characters are the same but now the story has love involved between the characters which is quite interesting. It was so funny to see the dog being jealous haha. Also there was a water scene where they were nearly drowned, that scene reminded me of the one in Titanic where the love pair also nearly drowned.

Movie: Chicken Little

This movie is okay, it's about aliens invading. I love the happy ending, where the father finally believes his son Chicken Little. It's funny to see that Chicken Little and the duck makes a couple, haven't expected it, because he is smaller than her. Anyway, if this was in 3D it would be nice!

Movie: Ballet Shoes

I watch this movie mainly because of Emma Watson, wanted to see another movie from her beside Harry Potter movies. The movie is not really nice, I mean, the first language it's British English and I'm used to American English movies so I love to hear that, it's also easier to understand what they say. The second is that the plot is not that nice. The relationship between the children are strong and good but they are very selfish...

Movie: Aliens in the Attic

This movie is okay, much action scenes. But I don't like the concept of controlling the human. If this was in 3D it would be nice to watch as there are many action scenes.

Movie: Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins

I really like this movie, the four of them are really making a good team. It's a nice way of mystery solving. The two girls are interested in Fred and I'm wondering who he likes, in the beginning he likes the "hot girl" but then you can see he starts liking Velma too. It's that I have not seen the TV series Scooby-doo, I know it's about mystery solving only. I will watch the other Scooby-doo movies too and it's one of my favorites movies.
